June 29, 2018 – Received U.S. EIN# 83-1073639.
July 9, 2018 – Filed Form 1023-EZ to become a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
July 17, 2018 – Received IRS exemption confirmation letter.
October 15, 2019 – Transferred domicile to Florida and renamed the corporation BeachLabs.org, Inc.

BeachLabs.org is a 501(c)(3) private operating foundation. The company’s annual returns and exemption application will be available for public inspection as provided by law.
